Job Summary and Qualifications

The Manager of Clinical Operations for Mission Health Partners is responsible for assisting the Medical Director and the Director of Clinical Operations in the supervision of the Care Coordination team, assisting with the design and implementation of new initiatives and maintenance/oversight of such programs to improve the quality and reduce the total cost of care within the network, and other projects as they pertain to population health and care delivery across a broad network. As such, a broad range of skills is necessary in regards to management, informatics and also public relations as we interact with physicians and their staff as well as other healthcare providers and community agencies across the region.

Essential Accountabilities:

  • Management of the MHP clinical staff
  • Informatics and Development
  • Care Management Design
  • Care Manager Collaboration
  • Oversee Community Partner Relationships

What qualifications you will need:
  • Required Education: BA, BS, BSN or comparable
  • Preferred Education: Master's Degree in Nursing or BSN with MBA or MHA. Those new to the role must become actively enrolled within 6 months and complete within 3 years.
  • Required License: RN
  • Required Experience: 3 to 5 years relevant clinical management experience
  • Preferred Experience: Management, Informatics, Public Health
